Our Expertise IN 3D WEAVING
Protecting complex shapes and volumes
As experts in 3D weaving, we have developed and patented a unique 3D Interlock weave structure. This technology provides our textiles with exceptional properties: flexibility, formability, and high impact resistance. Our technical 3D fabrics are developed from aramid fibers, UHMWPE, and natural fibers.
Patented Fabric
Our innovations rely on an advanced 3D weaving architecture and a unique manufacturing process.
3D Weaving Quality
Thanks to an ISO 9001 quality approach (currently in progress) and the use of new-generation equipment
Woven in France
Our specialized 3D weaving factory is proudly based in Caudry, Hauts-de-France.
PATENTED 3D WEAVING: A Disruptive Innovation
Properties & Performance Previously Incompatible
Extreme Impact Resistance
Up to 93% Energy Absorbed
Whether muscular, mechanical, or ballistic in origin, our 3D fabrics, utilizing our patented 3D weaving technology, are capable of absorbing up to 93% of the kinetic energy generated during impact, while significantly reducing internal deformation (trauma).
Designed from high-performance fibers (such as aramid fibers, e.g., Twaron®), this impact protection fabric combines lightness, formability, and optimal resistance. Our multi-layer 3D fabrics can be used in numerous applications, ranging from defense and security equipment to industrial, sports, and aerospace solutions.

FORMABLE WITHOUT PERFORMANCE LOSS
Perfect Formability Without Performance Loss
Our flexible and formable multi-layer 3D fabrics can be adjusted by folding, forming, or draping to perfectly conform to all material or morphological shapes, from the simplest to the most complex.
Even on sharp curves, its technical performance, particularly regarding impact, remains intact, ensuring optimal protection.
Designed from high-performance fibers such as Kevlar®, Twaron®, and Dyneema®, these ballistic and impact protection fabrics combine exceptional lightness, strength, and flexibility.
100% 3D Woven - No Additives
Recyclable & easy to defibrate
Our 3D weaving and its formability require no additives or heat. Our multi-layer 3D fabrics are therefore 100% fiber-composed, without any resin, making them entirely recyclable.
As a French manufacturer of 3D fabrics for impact and ballistic protection, we offer flexible and formable solutions combining performance, durability, and environmental responsibility. Thanks to this design, our 3D fabrics can be reused or transformed for new applications, contributing to a more responsible textile industry.

Ideal for composite reinforcement
Fibers, Resin Infusion, Impregnation, Coating...
Our high-performance 3D textiles are used as reinforcements in composite materials for aeronautics, automotive, and construction. These innovative fabrics with a three-dimensional structure offer excellent mechanical strength while contributing to part weight reduction. Thanks to their unique architecture, they also serve as spacers and technical connectors, while maintaining their shape and volume. As true cutting-edge solutions, our flexible and formable fabrics provide resistance, lightness, and durability for the most demanding applications.

A versatile and easy-to-industrialize multi-layer 3D fabric
Our innovative 3D fabrics offer unique ease of industrialization
Their design allows for precise cutting without material loss, easy shaping on complex geometries, all without material addition or heat input. Their three-dimensional structure enables rapid integration into assembly processes. Used as reinforcements in composites, our impact protection fabrics effectively strengthen parts while simplifying implementation. Flexible and formable, they easily adapt to production constraints while ensuring lightness and mechanical performance. Finally, as a French manufacturer with a production unit exclusively dedicated to 3D weaving, Tibeka ensures a reliable, fast, and homogeneous supply, perfectly adapted to the most demanding industrial needs.
